Dallas is moving around the sound of the band with little microphones in his ears. The audience is upstairs wearing headphones that are plugged into Dallas’ in-ear microphones. This ‘binaural’ technique allows the audience, and you through this video, to hear exactly what Dallas hears in true 3D surround sound.

NOTE: This effect only works through headphones only, it wont work through normal speakers.

You can really hear the effect around 07:17 when Dallas plays the saw – it sounds like your left ear is right next to it .

Swimming and Dallas are taking this show (with a new musical set) on tour round the UK in early 2009.
