NOISE is the first D.I.Y./non-profit label from Taiwan. We (Fujui and Anes) like underground unusual/creative music. In order to spread this music over here ( Taiwan), we started our activities in the spring of 1993. At the beginning, we self-published the NOISE-zine from 1993 spring. The first artist who appeared on NOISE is the Gerogerigegege. Most the covers of NOISE releases are handmade with special paper in silver, black, metal and some unusual color.

David Toop, Brian Eno, Peter Cusack y otros artistas británicos desde Octubre y hasta Junio se encuentran inmersos en este proyecto, visitando diversas localizaciones chinas recogiendo sonidos y también organizando conciertos, workshops, una competicíón y más cosas…. tratando de llevar la música a las calles, planteando una reflexión sobre nuestra relación con el sonido y el espacio urbano.
